Termitar LLC operates strictly as an ephemeral, transient processing utility. The platform does not harvest data, build consumer tracking profiles, or permanently store customer personally identifiable information (PII) or the contents of the inspection reports you compile.
All property data, field annotations, moisture percentages, and inspection details input into the interface are held temporarily in volatile memory for the sole purpose of parsing and rendering your final PDF document.
The Platform explicitly rejects data monetization, behavioral advertising trackers, and cross-site marketing analytics. We collect and retain exactly one persistent data point: the registered User's professional email address.
This email address is stored securely in our database for the exclusive purpose of:
The platform functions purely as a passing formatting engine. Upon the occurrence of either (i) the completion of the automated payment gateway transfer and subsequent download of the digital PDF, or (ii) the voluntary or involuntary termination of the User's active browser tab or application session, all structural data inputs, customer profiles, and generated reporting data fields are instantly, completely, and permanently purged from the Company's servers. We do not maintain historical archives, secondary cloud databases, backup server image files, or document retrieval logs. Termitar LLC cannot reconstruct, restore, or recover a report once a processing session is closed.
To safely facilitate secure electronic transactions ($1.50 gateway framework) and execute instant document generation, our infrastructure transiently processes text and image strings encoded via the user's browser session (e.g., Base64 strings for structural graphics or digital signature blocks).

At Termitar LLC, we prioritize your data security and professional privacy. We retain only the user's name, email address, and company name to manage your account access. Our form tool operates strictly as a transient utility. We do not save, store, or retain any user-uploaded data, personal credentials, or finished report content on our servers once your active browser session ends or your document is downloaded, with the exception of your name and email. It is the sole responsibility of the user to export and back up their final report locally.
Data Retention: Inspection report data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately upon download of the completed PDF. Draft reports are saved temporarily while you are actively working on them so you can return and continue editing. However, once you export or download a completed report, the report and all associated data — including property addresses, inspection findings, photos, signatures, and diagrams — are permanently removed from our database. This automatic deletion ensures that no completed inspection reports are stored, retained, or accessible on our servers after downloading. You are solely responsible for storing and retaining copies of your downloaded reports. We do not maintain backups of downloaded reports and cannot recover them after deletion. Your account data (name, email, company profile) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation or termination, all remaining data — including any saved drafts — will be deleted within 24 hours, except where retention is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Termitar LLC and its third-party technology providers and licensors shall not be liable for any processing errors, transaction failures, merchant service outages, or security vulnerabilities originating directly within the Wix Payments infrastructure or your bank network. Any transaction remediation or billing disputes are strictly subject to the financial limitations outlined in Section X ($1.50).
While we do not store credit card information, a third-party payment processor handles the transaction. Personal data for payment (name, billing address, email) and anything related to payments is collected to facilitate the payment and calculate state sales tax.
All payment processing for the $1.50 transactional fee on this platform is handled securely by third-party payment gateways, including Wix Payments and its designated financial service partners. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree that Termitar LLC does not store, process, or retain your credit card number, banking details, or billing credentials on our servers. Termitar LLC's retention is strictly limited to your basic user profile (name, email address, and company name) for transaction verification and account access.
Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — State-Specific Compliance: As a Texas LLC, we build our transient utilities to honor consumer privacy rights. Because our platform saves zero user data, we do not collect, process, or sell your personal information. The availability of these layouts does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or legal representation of their validity. The user acknowledges that they are acting as an independent inspector and assume 100% of the legal and professional responsibility for local filing compliance.
Cross-Border Licensing Warranty: You explicitly state that you are fully authorized, certified, and bonded under the specific state department of agriculture or pest control board regulating the geographic territory where the inspection takes place. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Termitar LLC and its third-party technology providers from any regulatory fines, consumer protection claims, or professional liability lawsuits resulting from your unauthorized or unlicensed use of a state-mandated form.
Extent of Remedies: Any rejections of out-of-state filings by local state authorities, or contract delays resulting from outdated structural form templates, are strictly bound to the financial limitations set forth in Section X, capping total aggregate claims at the single-transaction price ($1.50) or a maximum lifetime ceiling of $50.00, whichever is lesser.
A. As-Is Service & Third-Party Technology: This utility and all accompanying Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection form templates are provided by Termitar LLC on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Termitar LLC and its third-party technology providers and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, system availability, compliance, and non-infringement. Neither Termitar LLC nor its third-party technology providers warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, up-to-date, or sufficient for real estate closings or official filings.
B. User Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are entirely responsible for reviewing and verifying all chosen templates and inputted pest inspection data. The ultimate responsibility for accurate, complete, and compliant document submission rests solely with you, the user and licensed inspector.
C. Absolute Liability Cap for Termitar LLC and Licensors: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Termitar LLC, its members, officers, employees, affiliates, or its third-party technology providers and licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service. Termitar LLC and its tech providers are not liable for the cost of any real estate transaction delays, failed property closings, or undiscovered property damage. Under no circumstances will the total, aggregate liability of Termitar LLC and its third-party technology providers and licensors for all claims, damages, security breaches, software glitches, or losses arising from your use of this service exceed the actual amount paid by you for the individual transaction giving rise to liability ($1.50) or a maximum ceiling of $50.00, whichever is lesser. This limitation applies unconditionally whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal basis.
Should Termitar LLC choose to merge, sell, or transfer, your company data will be passed on to the new owner.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your name and email, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because inspection reports are permanently deleted upon download and have no ability to recover, reproduce, or reconstruct any report after deletion. We do not maintain backups of completed reports and cannot restore deleted data under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for securely storing and maintaining copies of all downloaded reports.
Termitar LLC offers you the option to have your name and email retained. If no activity occurs on the last date to equal a three-month period, the account is cancelled and another set-up of $19.99 will be charged. Your name and email are retained for this three-month period. If you do not consent to having Termitar LLC store your name and email, you may email support@termitar.com to have your name and email removed, which will occur within 24 hours of your cancellation. Termitar LLC strictly does not store, save, or retain any data input into the Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) forms, nor do we store any information regarding your clients or inspected properties. All report contents are transient and completely wiped from our system once you have downloaded your report. Furthermore, Termitar LLC does not sell, trade, rent, or lease your account information, nor do we sell partial model information, user metrics, or report metadata to any third party. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your finished reports locally.
If your account has not downloaded a report within any three (3) month period, your access to the Service will be deactivated. To access reports after deactivation requires another setup cost and resumption of payment per report as normal.
Payments are processed through Base44 Payments, powered by Wix. When you make a payment, your payment information (including card number, billing address, and transaction details) is collected and processed directly by Wix's payment infrastructure. Termitar LLC does not retain, store, or maintain your credit card or payment card information on its servers. Wix's handling of payment data is governed by the Wix Payments Terms of Service and Wix Privacy Policy. We receive only confirmation of payment status from Wix to manage your account access and report downloads.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing or commercial purposes. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide you with an explicit opt-out mechanism before any sale occurs.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., payment processors); (b) legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
Any photos, images, diagrams, or media you upload into an inspection report — including photos taken or generated using third-party drawing applications and similar software — must be licensed or legally obtained by you for use in your reports. By uploading photos or media, you grant Termitar LLC a limited, non-exclusive license solely to embed and format those images within your report for the purpose of generating a downloadable PDF. This license is for editing purposes only. Termitar LLC does not retain, store, or reuse your photos beyond what is necessary to produce the report, and all uploaded photos are permanently deleted alongside the report immediately upon download. You retain full ownership of all photos and media you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the appropriate licenses or permissions to use any third-party photos or media, and for verifying that such use complies with the licensing terms of the originating application. Termitar LLC is not liable for any claim of copyright infringement, licensing violation, or unauthorized use arising from photos or media you upload.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data; (e) object to certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the application's support channels.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18 years and is solely for individuals authorized to use the transient report.
